Rental Fees 

May-October

 Full day- Friday, Saturday, or Sunday (9am-midnight) $7500

Full weekends- if available-example: Friday rehearsal, dinner and wedding staging, Saturday wedding, Sunday cleanup of decor and gift opening (Noon on Friday to noon on Sunday) $9500

 November, December, March, and April (closed Jan and Feb)

  Full day- Fri, Sat, or Sun (9am-midnight) $7000

   Full weekends- (Noon on Friday to noon on Sunday) $9000

  Events-these are non-wedding events. but does include rehearsal/ dinner night before weddings, pending availability. Does not include linens or decor for the tables. 

Half day-(5 hrs) 9am-2pm or 4pm-9pm $1000

Full day- (9a-9p) $2500 (non-weddings)
